Sometimes when I’m cruising through my neighborhood in the morning or evening dusk I forget how many small little beautiful places there are, here are a few from a mid-day weekend walk not too long ago.
More and more I have a thing for tree rings.
There I go, creeping up on people’s porches again (ahem). BUT LOOK AT THAT DOORKNOB!
I love these types of wrought iron fences.
So, so pretty.
This reminds me of something Frank Lloyd Wright would love.
Creeping in people’s driveways…

I like that truck picture. It has character.
I really wonder how long it has been sitting/living there…it kind of seems like it should have piles of stories, ya know?
I want that doorknob!!! (And the red door to match…)
I have not quite entered the level of Creeper to steal someone’s doorknob….but, give me a few months more and perhaps I will. 🙂
You have a great eye, m’dear.
Oh thank you, I’m definitely learning and there are many many photos that are, um, kind of crap. But I am enjoying seeing my improvements!
What beautiful pics! You have a lovely neighbourhood 🙂 I really like the Toyota truck.
Thank you!! It’s an older neighborhood, many homes built 100+ years ago and a bunch more built in the ’30’s and ’40’s with gorgeous Craftsman-style details. I really should get out and wander around more than I do, it’s good for my heart. 🙂
